Custom Training Program

For those looking for an individualised workout program and guidance without 1-1 coaching, this is for you! Your program includes:

  • 4 weeks of workouts to be completed at the gym or at home, based on your individual needs and available equipment

  • Dynamic warm-up & cool down

  • Mobility/flexibility work

Mindfulness

There’s so much to achieve in any given day and quite often we just go through the motions mindlessly.

Let’s work on ditching harmful and negative mental hurdles (like all-or-nothing thinking) and work on making mindfulness and self-care a regular part of your life.

Moderation

Good nutrition is a non-negotiable. But it is definitely not about starvation and deprivation! It’s about nourishing the body, feeling satisfied and having lots of energy. You will learn how to eat healthily and stress-free, without crazy crash diets and unsustainable meal plans.

Movement

Move your body baby! All workouts in my programs are designed to be short and effective, cuz ain’t nobody got time to spend hours in a gym everyday, am I right?

Beyond workouts, we will also be working on flexibility, mobility and intentional everyday movement.
